Kelly is a graduate of Divine Mercy University School of Counseling and is a certified Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate. Since 2020, she has helped clients flourish by providing a safe and empathetic environment to grow and heal within their own life journey. Kelly has experience working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, trauma, and women’s/maternal mental health issues. She is certified in EMDR and has an eclectic approach using a variety of evidence- based practices including: CBT, DBT, Person Centered Approach, Gestalt Therapy, Attachment Based Therapy and other trauma based therapies. She is available to provide Christian counseling and faith based counseling as well. She believes in the integrated view of the human person, mind, body, and soul, and that each person is called to flourish and hope. She is available for telehealth sessions.
